AILA, along with the Center for American Progress and the National Immigration Law Center, released a report highlighting state-by-state data on the millions of dollars of critical community and public works funding that are at risk under S. 3100, the “Stop Dangerous Sanctuary Cities Act.”
The bill would force local police to become immigration enforcement agents by threatening to withhold millions of dollars in federal grants to so-called “sanctuary cities.”
