History

Established in 1992, Tancinco Law is a full-service firm assisting clients in their business, family and immigration matters. The firm has been providing legal services for 30 years and is one of the longest minority owned law firms practicing in the State of California. It prides itself on providing efficient and dependable legal solutions in all areas of U.S. immigration law not only in the State of California but in all 50 states.

TLAW provides exceptional services relating to family-based and employment-based petitions, temporary work visas, fiance visas, removal/deportation defense, waivers, U.S. citizenship and naturalization. The firm represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR), Board of Immigration Appeals, Administrative Appeals Unit, U.S. District Court Northern California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Tancinco Law has reputable and well-experienced attorneys who are licensed members of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
