Maria Bustos

Maria “Canyl” Bustos received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with Cum Laude honors from the University of the Philippines and earned her Bachelor of Laws from the same University. She has been a member of the New York Bar since 2007, as well as a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. 

As an associate of Tancinco Law PC, Ms. Bustos handles family-based and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and applications, and applications for adjustment of status, employment authorization, consular reports of birth abroad, certificates of citizenship, naturalization, waivers of inadmissibility, and humanitarian reinstatement.

Ms. Bustos is also an active and long standing member of the Couples for Christ, St. Thomas More Society and the Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County.
