After attending the biometrics scheduled for my two children, ages seven and two years old, can I immediately bring them back to the Philippines and stay there for less than two years? I have nobody to babysit them here in the U.S. In their application, we indicated that their re-entry permit be picked up at the U.S. Embassy in the Philippines. Should we still wait for the notice of approval from USCIS?
