“May question lang po ako tungkol sa section 245-i. Dumating po ako ng U.S. last October 2000, legally at physically andito po ako noong Dec. 21, 2000 ng nilabas at napirmahan ang law na ito. Pero, Dec. 24, 2000 po lumabas ako ng bansa at bumalik ng Feb. 23,2001. I was petitioned by my legal permanent resident mother before the cut off date of April 30, 2001. Since then po hindi na ako nakalabas at na-overstay ko na ang visa ko. Qualify po ba ako sa section na eto for adjustment of status?”
