Removal

If you or someone you know or a family member have been placed in removal proceedings, Tancinco Law attorneys can assist in providing advice or representation before the immigration courts either for termination of removal or applications for relief from removals. . For removal reliefs, we can assist in preparing and presenting applications for Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Waiver of Inadmissiblity, Waivers of Fraud or Misrepresentation, Requests for Voluntary Departure or Deferred Action. We also represent clients for Reopening and Termination of Deportation cases or Return After Wrongful Removals.

Waivers of Inadmissibility

Non-immigrant waivers are available for most grounds of inadmissibility. Our office assists preparing a waiver application for submission at a U.S. Consular Post along with a non-immigrant visa application

Tancinco Law also assists with immigrant waivers and provides legal services in preparing the waiver application (often through evidence that the U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse or parent would suffer “extreme hardship”) and submitting the application to USCIS.
