Rey D. Tancinco is the principal partner and founder of Tancinco Law P.C., the firm he established in 1992. Mr. Tancinco is an accomplished and outstanding attorney who specializes in business and immigration law.
Mr. Tancinco is currently the legal counsel for the start-up and mid-size businesses in the US and provides legal assistance on their corporate legal matters.
He received his Bachelor of Law degree from the University of the Philippines, College of Law in 1987. He is also a graduate of the Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Science in Commerce from De La Salle University. Mr. Tancinco is a Certified Public Accountant and also member of the Philippine bar.
Mr. Tancinco is second placer in the 1987 Philippine bar examination. In 1991, he passed the California bar examination and began his California law practice in the San Francisco bay area and later on opened more branch offices in Vallejo CA and in Greenhills, San Juan, Philippines.
Tancinco is an active member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, and the Consumer Affairs Attorneys Association.
