Green card traveler related to undocumented immigrant

Share this:

Atty. Lou Tancinco tackles a question from a viewer asking if her green card-holder friend, who is related to an unauthorized immigrant, may safely travel back to the US.

Green card holder siya at gusto niyang umuwi ngayong darating na fall for a very important family reunion. Wala itong criminal record. Kung siya ay umuwi, will there be a problem in coming back? Is there a possibility na ma-hold siya sa airport in coming back because of his illegal son? Marami pong salamat.”
