F-4 Visa Petition and the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA)

Share this:

Our viewer Nhel reached out to us with this question:

“My Dad was petitioned under the F-4 visa category, and I was able to immigrate with him together with my sister in 2009. We do not have enough money to cover the cost of immigrating at the same time so my mother and my younger sister arrived later which was in 2015. I still have 2 brothers in the Philippines, who were originally included in the F-4 visa petition, but are now 24 and 25 years old. Is there a chance for them to now enter the U.S. under the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA)?”
