The Filipino World War II Veterans Parole Program has been a god-send to the many elderly Filipino World War II veterans who are in the U.S. waiting for family members that they had petitioned. When the FWVP program was launched, it was an unexpected surprise and blessing to the family of veteran Domingo Villarin.
