Vermont Service Center Makes Change to RFEs

According to the Vermont Service Center, due to changes in technology
within that service center, Requests for Evidence issued by them will no
longer be printed on blue stock paper. As of December 9, 2013, all
Requests for Evidence will be printed on light yellow paper.

This document, according to the Vermont Service Center, should be
returned to that service center with any evidence submitted in response
to the request.
