Rey D. TancincoRey D. Tancinco is the principal partner and founder of the Tancinco Law Offices which he established in 1992. Mr. Tancinco specializes in business and immigration law. He handles the firms employment based visa petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions for health care professionals, intra company transferees and investors. Mr. Tancinco is currently legal counsel for start up and mid size businesses in the US and provides legal assistance to their corporate legal matters. He received a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of the Philippines, College of Law in 1987. He is also a graduate of the Bachelor of Arts in Economic, Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the De La Salle University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Philippine bar. Mr. Tancinco topped the Philippine bar examination taken in 1987 and is a second placer. In 1991, he passed the California bar examination and began his California law practice in the San Francisco bay area and later on opened more branch offices in Vallejo CA and in Makati City, Philippines. Tancinco is an active member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association and the Consumer Affairs Attorneys Association. |
