Atty. Lou Tancinco talks about President Trump’s executive order that temporarily banned travelers from certain Muslim-majority countries, and the judicial court ruling currently blocking the Department of Homeland Security from implementing the order.
“Assuming that the travel ban is effective, there are only six countries who are subject of the ban- Iran, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, and Libya. Even if you have an Arab name and if you are not a national of any of these 6 countries, you should not worry about traveling at this time,” says Atty. Tancinco.
