“I have a brother who has a Family Fourth Preference (F4) petition who also comes and visits our 92 year old mother here in the U.S. every couple of years on a tourist visa. Whenever he’s here he takes care of her and our mother is happy about it.
Since his priority date is still far, I would like to know if there’s a way we could just hire him as caregiver so he could stay in the U.S. Is it possible for him to work in the U.S. while waiting for his priority date or visa?”
