Notice to Appear Policy Explained

In early October 2018, the US Citizenship and Immigration Services announced the implementation of its new Notice to Appear policy, also known as NTA.

To discuss how this new NTA policy will impact immigrants with denied applications for benefits is Pinoy Panawagan legal counsel, Atty. Lou Tancinco.
