Gusto ko lang po itanong para sa kaibigan ko na expired na ang kanyang greencard last 2016. Dumating po siya dito noong April 2005 at plano niya na po i-renew ang kanyang green card ngunit natatakot po siya dahil may arrest siya noong 2012 for domestic violence; misdemeanor and misdemeanor battery. Parehas na po itong tapos pero sa tingin ninyo po magkakaproblema po kapag nag renew lang siya ng green card? O pwede na rin po siyang magcitizen? Ano po kayang magandang gawin?
