Can Family Petitions include Grandchildren?

Share this:

A Balitang Amerika viewer sent us an email asking if his grandchildren may be included in the petition of his son.

When I was a green card holder, I filed a petition for my son who was over 21 years old. This petition was approved. Now I am already a US citizen. Can my son, who has become a single father, bring with him his son and daughter to immigrate here in the US when his visa becomes available?
