Darlene Sevilla

Darlene Sevilla, an Associate at Tancinco Law Offices, represents clients in family-based and employment-based immigration petitions, temporary worker visas, and deportation defense. She also practices labor and employment law, assisting employers in workplace compliance, and workers in wage and hour, discrimination and retaliation cases.

She graduated from City University of New York School of Law in 2014 and received the Charles H. Revson Law Student Public Interest Fellowship in 2013. She joined Tancinco Law Offices in February 2017 after serving the public in the State of California, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. Ms. Sevilla is admitted to practice only in the State of California.
